Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund items* within 14 days.

All items must be returned 'as sold' - in the original condition, unworn and unused with all swing tags attached.

When returning an item for a refund or exchange we are unable to reimburse your return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

* Please note we cannot exchange or accept a return on the following products: Undergarments, Mouthguards, that have been unsealed, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and items specially manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the goods returned have been deemed to be faulty. Customised items e.g., shirt printing, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the product or material is faulty. Please ensure you have the right size prior to ordering personalised items.

Returns from Avoca Hockey Club Members:

Please include a cover note with your order number, name, billing address and details of how you want the return processed and send to the above address.

Returns may also be given to Tyrone Kritzinger (Avoca Hockey Club member)
